This Returns & Refunds policy explains how to request a return and how refunds are processed.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.
How to Start a Return
Before sending anything back, please contact us first at contact@novyqa.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Do not ship the product back before receiving instructions from us. We will review your request and provide the appropriate return instructions, including, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping solution.

NOVYQA covers the return shipping costs for approved returns processed in accordance with this policy.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items should generally be unused and in the condition you received them, with original packaging where possible. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for return regardless of use, as described below.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at contact@novyqa.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will provide instructions for a return, exchange, or resolution as applicable.
Exchanges
Where applicable, exchanges can be arranged by contacting us at contact@novyqa.com. Availability of exchange items is not guaranteed.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@novyqa.com. We can cancel orders that have not yet been dispatched; once an order has shipped, our standard return process applies.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory legal rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
